Refund policy

No Refunds:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted. However, if you need to cancel an order for any reason, we will refund the order minus an administration fee of $30 plus tax. This fee is deducted from any amount paid. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled pickup. No refund will be made with less than 10 days notice.

Order Satisfaction:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ÔC order! However, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with design, colour, or decoration. 

We show the cake at pickup to make sure the design is correct. All concerns regarding order satisfaction must be communicated at the moment of pickup by the Customer or their designated representative. Claims made after the order has been accepted and removed from the premises will not be considered.

Refunds for flavour quality will be considered at our discretion, but the cake must be returned within 24 hours of pickup. We cannot refund products that have been consumed. We do not offer full refunds due to the perishable nature of our products. However, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, minus any applicable administration fees.

Damaged Cake:

To ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition, we always show it to you before you leave. You will have the opportunity to inspect it and report any issues before leaving the bakery.

We also provide instructions for handling the cake box to prevent damage during transport. Once you leave, we are no longer responsible for any damage, unless it was pointed out before departure.

If someone else is picking up your order, it is your responsibility to ensure they inspect the cake. We cannot accept damage claims for third-party pickups.

If damage is noticed after leaving, please contact us within 12 hours with photos of the cake and box. While we do not offer refunds, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
